We recommend opening the package while the courier waits to avoid returns

We accept exchange and refund within 2 days from order delivery to the customer.

The item/s needed to be exchanged or refunded should be in the same condition as how it was delivered to the customer.

In case of exchange or return the customer will pay for delivery fees for the exchange shipment ,  unless there was a defect in the product or we have sent a wrong model/size than what the customer has chosen , then we will pay for the exchange shipment delivery fees.

Item(s) approved for refunds will be processed via InstaPay & Vodafone Cash ONLY.

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags & packaging.

Item(s) can only be exchanged once
Exchanged items are not applicable for refunds

Refund process takes 10 working days.
